Fee Structure

Capital Edge Property Management Fee Structure

 

  • $99.00 flat fee per unit/monthly
  • Rental Fees: $0-$3,000.00 - 100% rental fee; $3,000+ is capped at $3,000.00
  • Start up fees: $75.00 per unit
  • Lease Renewal: $225.00
  • Maintenance reserve: 1 unit - $900.00/ea. 2 units: $750,00/ea.  3+ units $650.00/ea.
  • Pre-move in/scheduled walk through inspection (includes full report with photos) $40.00
  • Maintenance: Standard business hours: $65.00/hr + material costs / After hours/holiday: $125.00/per hour + material costs / Sub contractor invoicing is invoice cost +15% fee
  • Evictions: $50 posting fee, $375.00 filing fee + legal fees incurred
  • Pre move out inspection (includes full report with photos): $40.00
  • Inspection for units not market ready completed by Capital Edge Property Management LLC. $150.00 + Labor hour and material costs to comply with Capital Edge Property Management LLC standards.
  • Non client consultation: $150 (reimbursed upon signing management agreement with Capital Edge Property Management LLC.
  • Transaction Fees: Check: $0.00 ACH: $1.00/ea. Credit card processing: $3.25% of total amount/ea.
